Software Systems¶
SENO's internally developed software includes:
SENO LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) — Barcode-based sample tracking from receipt through extraction, PCR, analysis, and reporting. Automatically assigns sample IDs, tracks processing status, and enforces workflow sequencing (pre-PCR → post-PCR segregation).
Result Reporting Module — Generates standardized test reports in Chinese and English. Integrates with gel imaging and capillary electrophoresis data for automated genotype calling with manual verification.
QC Tracking Database — Monitors control results across PCR plates, tracks reagent lot numbers, equipment calibration schedules, and produces control charts for continuous quality monitoring.
